Founded in 2008, Mega Grand International Co., Ltd. provides professional services with a consistent process.
Services include Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Soldering, Testing, Burn-in, Assembly, Packaging, and have obtained Apple’s MFi certification, taking on outsourcing work for major international companies as a professional SMT production factory.

2017
To expand service to global customers
In 2017, the factory relocated to Far East Century Park in Zhonghe, aiming for semiconductor packaging-level production equipment and quality. From scratch, developing equipment required significant capital and effort, eventually achieving mass production permission from international manufacturers, and began producing for the world's top three DRAM manufacturers (Samsung, Hynix, Micron). Specializing in handling DRAM module defects and RMA from client production lines, Mega Grand became a leading BGA REWORK factory and was honored with an appreciation certificate from Micron.

2020
Exclusively designed high-precision optical fiber laser engraving machine
In 2020, in response to customer demand for capping and laser engraving services, Mega Grand began developing capping processes, moving away from the traditional grinding process and adopting nano-grade filled ink technology to provide capped ICs with original-like appearance and high heat resistance, making them almost indistinguishable. The exclusive high-precision automatic positioning optical fiber laser engraving machine enables precise polarity point and logo engraving, ensuring consistency and clarity for each IC.

In 2020, during the global outbreak of COVID-19, Mega Grand took initiative to produce masks out of concern for the public suffering from shortages. Driven not by profit, we donated several boxes to charitable organizations each month, contributing to pandemic prevention efforts. The donated units were highly praised, and certificates of appreciation were awarded.
