Process Overview
1 Engineering
Verification of engineering data (BOM, XY coordinate files, and Gerber files), BOM conversion, offline operations, first sample data generation, cost estimation, and production precautions.
2 Procurement
Confirm requirements, inquire quotes, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and procure from qualified suppliers.
3 Warehouse
Storage management of self-purchased and customer-supplied materials, incoming inspection, defective raw material response, production material issuance, and surplus material management.
4 Material & Production Management
Management of production scheduling, analysis, calculation, and forecasting of production materials, shipment management, production on-time delivery rate management, and cross-department handling of incoming material anomalies.
5 SMT Operations
Engineering data verification and program creation, confirmation and sampling of each machine operation, assembly operations, thermal profiling, reflow oven, and automated optical inspection parameter and program setup, defect repair, and QA sampling.
6 Insertion
Pre-processing and manual insertion, post-inspection soldering and foot cutting, solder surface inspection, full QC inspection, ICT, QA sampling, then into the subsequent process.
